There is nothing quite like live sports; the athletes, the fans, the energy reverberating within a stadium or arena. Without a press pass, I would have to get creative with the resources and angles accessible as a fan. These are some of my favorite moments captured at live sporting events.
The only thing comparable to the energy of sports is live music. Capturing performances by my favorite artists has given me so much joy and inspiration for my work. Without a press pass or special access, I love the challenge of finding the best spots in different venues and contending with the lights and crowds to capture these moments.
My best friend and family pet of nearly 15 years passed away in July 2020. I channeled my grief and gratitude for her into this stop motion piece.
