Raised as a Cleveland sports fan, I pride myself on rooting for an underdog. This has instilled in me values of resilience, loyalty, and a strong work ethic. I immerse myself in the design process because a rebuilding season is just as important as a winning season. Design is the conduit by which I develop story-driven experiences that build connections between brands and fans.
When I’m not designing, you can find me at a game. Often the first fan to arrive and last to leave, I study pre-game procedures as staff and equipment managers go to work. I am inspired by the collaborative effort, the planning and labor, and the illusion that it all comes together effortlessly for audiences. It’s a glimpse into the process that I can relate to in my own work.
My name is Erin Hill, a sports fanatic, social activist, and visual storyteller. I give voice to underdogs by distilling the human emotion behind each project into visual systems for lasting impact. This includes vulnerable groups in our society, start-ups looking for their niche, and unexpected but exciting teams paving their own way forward.
